    Precautions before usage Do not use this product if you:
    ● Suffer from heat-induced rash or hives.
    ● Have diminished sensitivity to heat, or are sensitive to heat.
    ● Are highly sensitive to adhesive plaster or have suffered rashes.
    ● Are not able to quickly remove the sheet by yourself if necessary.

    Do not apply this product to:
    ● Any part of the body inflamed by heat or swelling due to bruises, sprains, etc.
    ● Mucous membranes, face (around eyes, etc.).
    ● Any part of the body inflamed by heat or swelling due to bruises, sprains, etc.
    ● Cuts, scratches, or insect bites, etc.
    ● Any part of the body affected by rashes, etc.
    ● Any part of the body where you are using plasters or ointments, etc.

    Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you:
    ● Are receiving medical treatment, etc.
    ● Suffer from diabetes etc., have abnormality of sensation to heat, or suffer from a circulatory disorder.

    <Precautions to prevent low-temperature burns>
    ● Immediately stop usage if you feel the product is too hot.
    ● Do not use when sleeping.
    ● Apply the product so that the adhesive area won’t wrinkle, the heating agents don’t overlap, and the sheet doesn’t become loose or peel off.
    ● Do not apply strong localized pressure to areas with a sheet applied.
    ● Do not warm areas where a sheet is applied with an electric blanket, kotatsu heater, stoves or adhesive body warmers.
    <Precautions for use>

    ● Stop usage and consult a physician in the following cases (symptoms may worsen through continued usage).
    (1) If pain suddenly increases during use.
    (2) If redness or itching doesn’t cease.

    (4) If symptoms such as lower back pain worsen.
    ● If the sheet tears and contents touch your skin, rinse off or wipe away with a damp cloth. Do not rub and thoroughly rinse off if contents come in contact with eyes. Consult a physician if abnormalities persist.
    ● Change the application location if you are using the product daily (to reduce skin stress).
    ● Use up to once a day for the same area.
    * You may experience temporary redness or itching where the sheet is applied because blood circulation is improved through thermal effects.
    <Handling and storing precautions>
    ● Do not cut, rub, or forcibly deform the sheet.
    ● Do not use damaged sheets.
    ● Do not reuse sheets that stopped heating.
    ● Do not heat the sheet in a microwave.
    ● Dispose after the sheet cools according to the rules of your community.
    ● Store product out of reach from small children and persons with dementia.
